Scope of works:

To supply hydraulic cutting products which would be used subsea from the deck of a salvage/ rescue vessel. These were for use to cut chain link up to 50mm diameter and wire rope up to 38mm diameter during salvage and rescue operations

Equipment supplied:

Cutter package

A comprising – JAG HCH70 and JAG HCH140 hydraulic cutter heads with single acting cylinders designed to cut grade 100 chain link subsea. The cutters were supplied with optional replacement blade sets to allow minimal downtime during maintenance requirements.

Hydraulic hand pump – High pressure single acting pump unit, 2L oil reservoir, hydraulic hose assembly and pressure gauge

Cutter package B comprising – JAG HCU38 hydraulic cutter unit with double acting cylinder designed to cut grade 2100N/mm2 wire rope subsea. The cutter was supplied with optional replacement blade to allow minimal downtime during maintenance requirements

Hydraulic hand pump – High pressure double acting pump unit,  2L oil reservoir, hydraulic hose assemblies and pressure gauge
