Project: Pfarr - Buttlar workshop upgrade
Scope of works:
To supply a hydraulic cutting product which would be used in a workshop environment. This was for use to cut up to 100mm wide metal strip material during manufacturing operations.
Equipment supplied:
Cutter package comprising – JAG HGC100 hydraulic guillotine cutter with vertical mounting frame designed so the hydraulic cutter could be safely moved to different parts of the manufacturing facility using a fork lift. The cutter was ordered with optional replacement blade set to allow minimal downtime during maintenance requirements
Hydraulic power pack with control box comprising – High pressure pump unit with a 3LPM flow rate, 6KW electric motor, 40L oil reservoir, electric control box, hydraulic hose assemblies, valves, pressure gauge and protective roll cage
Order awarded:
JAG hydraulic cutting equipment was chosen for this application because of its mobility, competitive pricing and could perform a 15 second cut which fulfilled the technical brief
